Shipping policy

Orders made before 6:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day.
Series orders ship within 3 business days. Tracking info will update once your order is picked up.
We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out.
Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.
Orders made after 6:00 PM CST on Friday will be shipped the next business day.

TrackerOne's goods are shipped from the Shanghai warehouse in China or our overseas warehouse in Australia, Mexico, Europe and United States. Delivery Timelines vary for different products and delivery locations. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-15 days.
