01.Get Started Long press the power button over 1 seconds, and LED indicators will start to blink.  Power SupplyOpen the device silicone plug connect to external power, red LED indicator long light means device charging, power LED slow Flashing means device full charged.
Power On and OffLong press the power button for more than 3 seconds to power on or off. |

02. Download "TrackerOne"  TrackerOne APPSearch "TrackerOne" in Google play store or app store or scan the QR code to download and install the latest TrackerOne APP. You can also click the link to download. |

03. Connect to APP
Register an account on the login page and log in, then follow theprompts to complete the device binding. Select a service plan to complete device activation. |

El aparato ha dejado de estar conectado al movil y no parece q funcione bien, donde puedo obtener asistencia técnica?
Bonjour,je suis désempare j’ai réussi 1jour a faire fonctionner l’appareil j’ai pris un abonnement de 6 mois les voyants gps en ligne et batterie étaient au vert, par contre je n’ai jamais pu connecté le wifi, sur l’écran ont peut voir les déplacements du chien mais la distance ne s’est jamais affiché depuis que je l’ai remis en charge le gps est en vert mais l’appareil est hors ligne et l’affichage de la batterie est à 40% alors qu’il est resté en charge 5 heure j’ai tout essayé depuis mais rien a faire je compte sur votre soutien pour résoudre mon problème ; salutations
